Step 2: Book Renovation Package
PICK & CHOOSE
Post consultation, client will be offered with different design renovation packages to choose from, the best package will be recommended based on project scope and location.
Step 3: Confirm design Details
After package is determined, Metro designers, contractors, craftsman, project managers, and material guides will sit down with client and confirm all details A-Z. Once details are signed off, architect is sent new layout and elevations, city permits are made for for architectural drawings to submit for city permits.
Step 4: Initiate Project

Once city permits are released, labor force is ready to enter project site and start demolition/initial project phase of the renovation. Material purchase is stored in apartment/warehouse, inspections are requested as project moves forward. Payment schedule is based upon inspection approvals. In consultation ask any questions/concerns to General Contractor.
Step 5: Certificate Of Completion
DREAM TURNED REALITY
After all inspections are passed, the certificate of completion to close the permit in the city where project is located is requested and delivered to the client. Before final payment, client signs in contract that all details of project were finished to their expectations. We don't leave the site until our clients are 100% satisfied with the work our craftsman, installers, subs, project managers, and labor force has done. This is one of our best qualities and promises as general contractors.
