Metro Renovation Construction is licensed & insured. Our team takes care of all permits, HOA contractor packages, and legal documents such as Notice of Commencement, Certificate of Completion, Etc. Our project sites are audited daily with log-in/logout sheets. Every subcontractor/company entering the project site is audited for workers' compensation insurance, W-9 document, and license. Metro will also provide large-scale clients with surety bonds to guarantee our clients are protected.
